Shipping policy
Processing
Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 business days for processing. During weekdays, orders are typically processed within one business day. However, if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your location and local postal conditions.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@roseandkeith.co.uk. A cancellation is not possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders. Every product is delivered completely free of charge, with no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
Delayed Order?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues. If your order is delayed by more than a week, please contact us with your order number at support@roseandkeith.co.uk, and we will look into the issue promptly.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of a parcel or does not accept the shipment upon arrival, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Refused parcels are returned automatically by the carrier or may be held or destroyed by customs or the shipping provider. In such cases, the package is not returned to our warehouse, and we are therefore unable to process a refund.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept the delivery of the shipment. Any refusal of delivery is considered a voluntary action by the customer and does not qualify as a valid return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Not Received?
If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us via email at support@roseandkeith.co.uk and include your order number. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
